These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.bhamis.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from it. The Website is operated by Blooming Heaven Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Door No: 349, Kurumbilavilarattuthara Post, Mananth, Arattuthara, Wayanad, Manantavady, Kerala 670645 ("Bhami's", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

  • Our products are natural, farm-grown spices. Colour, aroma, size and texture may vary slightly between batches. These variations are natural and are not defects.
  • Product images are for illustration only, and the actual product may look slightly different.
  • Please read the product label for ingredients, storage instructions, best-before dates and allergen information before use. Our products may be processed in a facility that also handles other spices and food products.
  • Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us by email or SMS.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently ship within India.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • interfere with the Website's security or operation
  • copy, scrape or reproduce Website content for commercial use without our written permission
  • post false, abusive or misleading reviews or content

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Bhami's name and logo, product names, photographs, text, designs and packaging artwork, is owned by or licensed to Blooming Heaven Private Limited. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

10. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
