Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.bhamis.com, operated by Blooming Heaven Private Limited (“Bhami’s”, “we”, “us”).

1. Food products are non-returnable
Our spices are food products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, or returns for change of mind.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We will replace or refund your order if:

  • the product arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
  • you receive the wrong product or quantity
  • the product is past its expiry date on delivery

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label
  • a short description of the problem

We may ask you to return the item. If so, we will arrange the pickup or cover the return shipping cost.

3. How we resolve it
Once we have reviewed your request (usually within 2 business days), we will offer either:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund to your original payment method

4. Refund timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take a few more days to appear in your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund to your bank account or UPI ID, which we will ask you to share.

5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

6. Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us. We will work with our courier to trace it. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
